Rabbi Nadya Gross is an author, congregational leader, spiritual director, and guide to conscious Elderhood.

She is co-founder and chief programming officer of Yerusha, a progressive multifaith organization devoted to education, spirituality, community, and justice. A longtime student and teacher of Jewish mysticism and spiritual practice, she also serves as co-rabbi of Pardes Levavot. With Rabbi Malka Drucker, she co-authored Embracing Wisdom: Soaring in the Second Half of Life, presenting aging as a frontier for human development, purpose, and legacy. Rabbi Nadya helps people grow older with soul, courage, and intention—because birthdays alone do not confer wisdom.
