THE DEPARTING PROGRAM

For Your Organizations Exiting Senior Executives and Employees

The Contemporary Elder Institute (CEI), A Social Enterprise delivers this Program virtually. 

A group is invited to participate on an opening 1-hour call. This is preceded by a YouTube video of the expected costs, emotionally and physically, post-retirement.

Those who accept the invitatin are asked to make available a 1.5-hour call per month, for 8-months, with about an hour of homework per week, and to pair up for the Program. Homework consists of watching videos or listening to podcasts.  And speaking to their dyad partner.

To Reiterate:

The Departing Program is for late-age professionals who are about to leave or have recently left their well-established and polished professional careers.
 

The Program abides by the definition of "departing" - starting a new journey; deviating from the accepted, prescribed, or traditional course of action.

The Departing Program is not about an ending but a new and conscious beginning.
